Five Minutes of Fame

The Last Supper by Michael Pederson, webcast live from Gorgie City Farm, Edinburgh

Two days for the National Theatre of Scotland documenting three of their 235 mini shows of their Five Minute Theatre season, webcast live over 24 hours around the longest day of the year.

Including a haunting in Edinburgh’s Greyfriars graveyard and a meeting between a newspaper boy and a talking cow at Gorgie City Farm (left).

Camping it up at the Castle: Al Fresco Shakespeare

The Taming of the Shrew performed by the Festival Players Company at Kellie Castle

Two of my favourite areas of photography – the arts and countryside – came together in a very enjoyable shoot for the National Trust for Scotland last weekend at the Trust’s magnificent Kellie Castle in Fife.

In the true spirit of Shakespeare the all-male cast of The Taming of the Shrew played the two female leads as well as all eleven men, making for excellent camp entertainment (above).

Client Testimonial:“The images are fantastic! And they really made me laugh – perfect for what we needed”: – Clare Willis, marketing manager, National Trust for Scotland.
