Swinney in a pinny: Scottish finance minister John Swinney opens a Punjabi community restaurant in Leith.
Mr Swinney lends a hand and makes chapattis as he opens Edinburgh’s Punjab’n de Rasoi community cafe, staffed by sikh ladies. The restaurant had received a £70,000 from the Scottish Government’s third sector enterprise fund.
