Authors Stewart Conn and Sue Peebles celebrate their success in the Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust Book of the Year Awards managed by Creative Scotland.

Sue and Stewart are category winners of the SMIT awards – Sue winning the first book category for her novel “The Death of Lomond Friel”, and Stewart’s “The Breakfast Room” volume of collected poems won the poetry category. The overall winner of the SMIT Book of the Year Award will be announced in August at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
