Spring Into Tourism

Jim Mather, minister for enterprise, energy and tourism, launches Scottish Tourism Week at the Scottish Parliament with parliament contract trainee chef Ryan Sainsbury.

On assignment during Scottish Tourism Week for Springboard, the tourism and hospitality careers training council, over a range of publicity events to raise awareness of the tourism sector and raising standards within it.

Other events included ScotHot (the exhibition and conference for the Scottish tourism and hospitality industry), the Scottish Tourism Forum’s (STF) conference at Murrayfield, seminars at Gleneagles Hotel and the launch of the Perthshire Highlands Discovery Trail.
